Draft — not legal advice. Anything touching trading, prediction markets or financial data is regulated differently in almost every jurisdiction, and some of them prohibit prediction markets entirely. Have a lawyer review this before accepting public sign-ups, and be specific with them about the fact that this software can be used to place orders on a real exchange.
What this is
PolyBot, operated by PolyBot PRO, is a read-only dashboard for Polymarket data: markets, order books, spreads, trade flow, wallet research and liquidity-reward configuration. Signing in lets you save watchlists, alerts and settings. That is all this website does.
This website cannot trade
It holds no funds, custodies no private keys, and contains no code capable of placing an order. Signing in does not change that. If you also run the trading software from this project, you run it yourself, on your own machine, with your own key and your own funds — we never see any of them and cannot act on your behalf.
Not advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade anything. Figures shown — including expected reward earnings — are estimates from public data and stated assumptions, and the assumptions are frequently wrong. Prediction markets can lose you the entire amount you commit. Past results predict nothing.
Accuracy
Market data comes from Polymarket’s public API and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not verify it. Do not rely on anything shown here as the sole basis for a decision involving money.
Your responsibilities
- Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some places. Whether you may lawfully use Polymarket is yours to determine, not ours.
- Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under it.
- Do not scrape, overload or abuse this service, or use it to break the law or Polymarket’s own terms.
Availability
Provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, change, or stop existing without notice. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PolyBot PRO is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this service or of software from this project. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
