Draft — not legal advice. Anything touching trading, prediction markets or financial data is regulated differently in almost every jurisdiction, and some of them prohibit prediction markets entirely. Have a lawyer review this before accepting public sign-ups, and be specific with them about the fact that this software can be used to place orders on a real exchange.
What this is
PolyBot, operated by PolyBot PRO, is two things. It is a dashboard for Polymarket data: markets, order books, spreads, trade flow, wallet research and liquidity-reward configuration. Browsing that data places no orders and needs no account. It is also an optional automated trading service, and if you turn that on, PolyBot PRO holds your money — see below.
We hold nothing, and we are paid by referral
PolyBot PRO is an independent site about PolyBot, which is a separate company and product. It sells nothing, takes no deposits, and no new account or wallet can be created here. One wallet created before this became an affiliate site is being wound down and its withdrawal page stays up until it is empty; if that is not you, PolyBot PRO holds nothing of yours. Links from here to PolyBot are referral links, and PolyBot PRO may earn a commission if you sign up through one — at no extra cost to you. Your relationship for trading is with PolyBot and with Polymarket, under their terms, not ours.
Not advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade anything. Figures shown — including expected reward earnings — are estimates from public data and stated assumptions, and the assumptions are frequently wrong. Prediction markets can lose you the entire amount you commit. Past results predict nothing.
Accuracy
Market data comes from Polymarket’s public API and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not verify it. Do not rely on anything shown here as the sole basis for a decision involving money.
Your responsibilities
- Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some places. Whether you may lawfully use Polymarket is yours to determine, not ours.
- Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under it.
- Do not scrape, overload or abuse this service, or use it to break the law or Polymarket’s own terms.
Availability
Provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, change, or stop existing without notice. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PolyBot PRO is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this service or of software from this project. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
